In our Balance Workshop, coordination and balance are specifically improved - the appropriate balance pad is included in the price! Over the course of 5 sessions, you will not only strengthen your core, but also improve your body awareness and flexibility. Get in balance and experience how your posture and fitness improve!

For non-members, the price of a day ticket of EUR 60 per session is added, which can be purchased directly at reception.

Our workshops offer both beginners and advanced swimmers an intensive 6-session course to improve their swimming technique.
